Clubhouse

The North Harbor clubhouse sits perched above the private five-acre North Harbor Lake providing panoramic views of the lake and the lushly wooded surroundings.  The clubhouse serves as multi-use space suited for a variety of uses from informational gatherings to formal rehearsal dinners and events. The clubhouse features a modern fully equipped catering kitchen, two serving bars, professional audio/video system, seating for dining, and casual seating for relaxing.

The clubhouse is available to any Permanent Member of the North Harbor Neighborhood Association who is in good standing for general use if not previously reserved pursuant to a submitted Rental Application and a signed Rental Agreement.

Clubhouse reservations will be indicated on the North Harbor Web site calendar which can be viewed here.

Contact one of the clubhouse chairs (contact information listed under NHNA Member Page) to obtain a key to the clubhouse.

Clubhouse Rental

The North Harbor Clubhouse can be rented for private events by any Permanent Member of the North Harbor Neighborhood Association who is in good standing, in accordance with the Association’s Rental Policies, Rental Agreement and Common Property General Use Rules. Only Permanent Members may rent the Clubhouse, and the Permanent Member must be present at all times during the event. The Clubhouse can accommodate events of up to 100 people.  The Clubhouse may not be rented or used for commercial purposes.
