North Harbor Neighborhood Association

Our member-owned, not-for-profit association provides members with a private clubhouse, lake, tennis and pickleball court and competition-sized swimming pool. North Harbor is one of the few neighborhoods in the area with a clubhouse facility. This provides a year-round gathering place to socialize, celebrate and get to know neighbors. North Harbor has a five acre lake stocked with large-mouthed bass, brim, bluegill and carp and becomes a popular fishing spot for members and their children. The expansive lawn is an active area, providing a scenic lakeside setting for outdoor concerts, picnics, and barbecues with picnic tables, a green space for sports, games, play, swings, and climbing rocks and boulders. Children ages five to 18 are eligible for The Streaks swim team, a joint swim team of North Harbor and the Riverside Club.  North Harbor members participate in a full calendar of social activities, including such events as the Spring on The Green, Spring Egg Hunt, Pool Parties, Fourth of July Parade, Mini-Chastain Concert, Halloween Costume Party and Holiday Festivities.

Membership

Permanent resident members of the North Harbor Neighborhood Association enjoy the benefits of a multi-use facility with clubhouse, pool, tennis court, lake and outdoor entertaining area.  More information about the association’s amenities can be found here:

Permanent resident memberships are tied to the resident’s home and transfer automatically when a home is sold.

Non-resident annual pool and tennis memberships are currently available.  To inquire about or apply for a non-resident membership, email communications@northharborclub.org.
