Our tight-knit, family-friendly subdivision includes a mix of architectural styles and projects a warm, welcoming atmosphere that attracts a range of residents of all ages. An influx of families with young children has generated a renaissance of growth and renovation here. Built in the late 1960s, our neighborhood surrounds a five-acre lake, with winding water-themed streets such as Blackwater Trail, Light House Point, and Seamarsh Court.
What draws and keeps residents here are the close-in location and neighborly camaraderie.
